Preparing for Covered Bridge

Had a great auction day yesterday. Bought lots of great stuff to sell at the festival. Didn't have time to snap pictures, so thought I'd show some of the process. I've been tagging items for 5 hours!

Happy Sunday!

Cloverdale, IN + Noblesville, IN Hauls

Hey all, just wanted to share some of the stuff I've bought in the last couple of weeks.  No great stories to go along with it.  Just great prices and some great stuff.  All heading to my etsy shop soon.

Here's the stuff I bought in Cloverdale:

Royal typewriter - in PERFECT working condition.

The eternal question: " How much if I buy all of these?"
There were 49 of these Ball mason hardware storage jars.
Loving the labels.

Possibly an old bakers basket?
Let me know if you have any ideas.
It measures 28.5" x 17" x 4.5".

Door knob + plates

The folks at the auction were SLEEPING on this one.
Got a great deal on this MINT set of Pyrex
Gooseberry bowls.

On my way home from the Cloverdale auction I stopped at one of my favorite antique malls and bought these:

2 Pyrex Blue Horizon bowls.

45 record case.

And another.  Love the graphics!

The haul from yesterday in Noblesville:

Pyrex Turquoise true oval 1 1/2 qt casserole with
gold scroll/filigree on lid.

Another almost full Pyrex Gooseberry set.

Deal of the day: 2 Pyrex casseroles: Early American
and Butterprint - $1!

3 Fire King hand painted nesting bowls.

Finally a little Christmas my way.

I'll show you what's in these boxes in the next post!  You can probably guess on some of them.  They will be heading to my Christmas etsy shop.

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Can't wait for the Covered Bridge Festival

I know, I know, I've been a rather bad blogger lately.  I've been buying a few things that I really should show you, when I get around to photographing them.

I got a sweet reminder today, while checking the local weather forcast for the weekend, that the Covered Bridge Festival is coming up.  That means almost one whole year of blogging for me.  The Covered Bridge Festival made the Weather Channel's list of 10 Fun Fall Festivals.  You can read the little snippet about it here.  What I'm really looking forward to is all the amazing junk I hope to find.  It's the last big outdoor festival until the spring.

On another note, another Indiana festival made the list.  You can check that here.

Hoping to be back to blogging (with actual pictures) next week.
Everyone have a great weekend.
