Thift Store Tuesday

I had my first outdoor sale this past weekend and it was wonderful!  There was a steady crowd of people from 8am until 3pm.  I could not even get a second to snap pictures.  I said goodbye to some of my favorite pieces and some that I'd had for awhile.  I met lots of wonderful people too!  All the shoppers and other vendors were awesome!  I can't wait to do it again!

But, as you know, when you sell a lot of pieces, you have to replace them.  Especially if you are selling on a Saturday - one of the days you go shopping for new pieces.  Monday was a hectic day back to work, after being off for a 4 day weekend, so I decided to hit up the thrift stores yesterday after work.  I haven't been to my local thrift stores in a long time (probably 3 or 4 months).  I used to go once or twice a week, too.

Well, I guess I'm glad I hadn't gone in awhile.  I hit the jackpot at one store, that I have had zero luck at for the past 6 or 7 months.  I had almost given up on it.  In fact, I left a few pieces behind, so hopefully the thrift store karma continues.

I flipped out when I saw the box - a set in the box? Nope.
But, this is BG colors AND good old genuine USA melmac.
These are great dishes for kiddos!

Lots of Currier & Ives.  Loving the swirley glasses.  Anyone
know what set these belong to?  BG creamer, and green handle
kitchen tool for my super large collection.

Blueberry Glasbake casserole, 2 Italian ironstone pasta bowls
(marked), and SO many vintage school flash cards!  I love
vintage school supplies!
