I added one new display to my booth before customers came in on Saturday. I made it in less than 30 minutes with stuff from my garage.
My goal is to maximize my booth space as much as possible. I have some bare wall space I need to fill!
Sunday I took my Monday MBA class readings with my to an auction. I was reading, highlighting away, and bidding on more goodies. Several other auction goers asked me how I was able to focus with the auctioneer going a mile a minute. I guess I've never been able to focus when it is dead quiet. I got my reading finished, got a few things, and scooted out the door to a local antique mall. I picked up a few things there, as well! Oh yeah, I guess a few of these pieces were random goodwill outlet finds that I forgot I had bought...

The non-holiday items. The best of these finds: the pink and white 33 record case. I will never part with it! |

Kitchen scale, rolling pin, partial jar of buttons, and made in Japan beer stein. |

Pennant, enamelware bowl, Argus Pre-Viewer, and this cool milk glasses bead purse. |

Some Griffith's spice jars, 2 Hoosier cabinet jars, 2 biscuit cutters, and some vintage Milton Bradley bingo cards! |

Didn't think I'd come home without vintage Christmas, did you? Ceramic tree (works!), 1968 Empire Santa blow mold, and... |

That is such a good idea with the postcards! I look for particular postcards & when there is a huge box, I just don't have the time.
ReplyDeleteI'm always trying to figure out ways to maximize my booth space too, Melissa!
ReplyDeleteLove those Bingo cards. You should have zero problems selling them with all the crafty people out there!
