So, sticking to my word about taking a junkin' hiatus, I decided to try and sell more of my stuff this past Saturday. I actually didn't do too badly, considering all the events that were going on in Indy. Some of those events are ones that I attend every year, in fact. So, I bought nothing this weekend, but I'm here to show you my set up. Please bear with me, because the inside the garage pictures were taken Thursday evening. The rest of the pictures were taken after the initial 8AM crowd died down.
This aqua blue cabinet went to her forever home Saturday morning. So happy someone loved her as much as I did. I would've kept her had I painted her mint green.
I don't have much to say this morning. Quite a bit of this is still available. Feel free to shoot me an email if you see anything you like. It may take me awhile to find it since this has all been packed back up. Or, you can't wait until my next sale, which will be in the next couple of weeks.
Hope you all had a great weekend.
Melissa

Doing almost the same thing this next weekend. Our neighborhood has an annual sale with 100 plus houses participating. It is a zoo with customers and a great day. My living room is full of stuff to get rid of..must purge! Glad you day went well..still can't believe that suitcase haul as I see them lining your driveway!
ReplyDeleteNow that's my kind of yard sale! Hope you did well.
ReplyDeleteWow, lots of great stuff. Would love to walk into a yard sale like yours. :)
ReplyDeleteI think i would have died a little if I walked up on your yard sale -- it looks like a dream come true to me!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...just look at all those treasures! Looks like one awesome sale!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Linda
Lots of amazing stuff Melissa! Thanks for sharing it with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
If I'd known you were selling the suitcase stash, I would've driven up from virginia!
ReplyDeleteWhat is so appealing in your garage sale are the collections displayed - suitcases, Pyrex, insulators. I have to show Chucks I am not the only person with multiples. You need a booth!
ReplyDeleteI wish I lived closer. I had a garage sale a couple of weeks ago. I opened on Friday and made $115 that day and then Saturday I made $5 Our town is bad for garage sales No one ever goes to them and now that we have a flea market I predict less garage sale customers
ReplyDeleteI am visiting from Linda over at Coastal Charm, love your blog! So glad I found you and I will be back to visit. I wish I lived on your street you had many things I need and could play with. I am kind of new to the DIY/decor after retiring. I am loving this full time play time! We live way out in the country so no one will drive out here for a sale so I give most of my de-clutter to a friend who has a booth at a local flea market. I'll be back to visit! Dazee
ReplyDeleteDo you have an Etsy shop? Your stuff is perfect for it!
ReplyDeleteOh my! I wish I could have came! Looks like a wonderful yard sale, wish they were all like this!! So exciting looking! :) Happy sweet day!! xo Holly
ReplyDeleteVisiting via Coastal Charm- Looks like a sale I would have loved...it would have been a little far to drive from Mobile, Alabama though! Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes I'm grateful that I'm in the UK otherwise I'd be round straight away with a truck...lol
ReplyDeleteThe sale looked amazing. I wish I could have brought a truck and bought all the suitcases! I love those things and so many other goodies.
ReplyDeleteI'd have had a great time there, Melissa! Wonderful stuff!
ReplyDeleteThat is one sale I would loved to be with you at.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised that you still have a lot of stuff left. I see tons of things that would have come home with me! Hopefully the next sale will be way better for you. I know it feels good to get rid of the stuff that isn't selling fast in your booths.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Erica
I recognized quite a few of your finds in there, best of luck with your sale! Thanks for joining the History & Home link party, take care - Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com
ReplyDeleteThis is garage sale heaven. I'd be in big trouble if I lived closer, so many vintage treasures.
ReplyDeleteAwesome set up Melissa--you've got some great stuff for sale. I see you've included some of your wonderful vintage suitcases. I'm sure you had a lot of happy customers :)
ReplyDeleteWOW your sale was better stocked than some of the thrifts near me! Good luck with your next sale, I keep procrastinating doing mine.
