Antique Store Close Out Auction, Part 2

I have kept to my word and haven't done ANY shopping for vintage goodies.  Truth is, I'm still working my way through all the good stuff I bought at the antique store close out auction!  You can see Part 1 HERE.

So here's part 2...

I got a whole stack of these never used posters.  I hope they go quickly!

New in box 1960s calendar towels and an interesting rolling pin.

New in box little spread knives, blue leather wallet in box, random box, and cigar box.

Lots of smalls...

More smalls.  I love the straws!

I was tempted to keep the Shawnee log planter.

Nice old candy tin, cute wood canisters, lots of interesting cigar boxes, and more...

Lots of nice small kitchen items and new old stock stuff.

FYI - that orange box is a new old stock box of aquarium pebbles.  Oh, the things you'll find!

And... I want to introduce you to our newest family member...

Khloe, a 1-2 year old Australian Shepard.
We adopted her from a local rescue on 6/30/17.
As with any new, young dog she is a little trying at times.
But, for the most part she has been very sweet!

And, if you're as excited as I am... the 127 Yard Sale is coming up soon!

  1. Yay for Khloe!! We have neighbors who also rescued an Australian Shepherd recently, and theirs is doing pretty good (lots of walks). Yours will do well, I bet, with all that property.
    Cool stuff. I wanna go to the 127 Longest Sale this year, but bet my sisters will be too busy with other life events. Ya know, sometimes life just gets in the way of junkin.....{sigh}

  2. Khloe is a cutie! The auction looks like fun! You found lots of great stuff for your booth, and the furniture pieces on part one were awesome. Love the big cabinet!

  3. You new buddy is a cutie patootie! I see the bag with Dallas on it! Is that a bank bag? Thanks

  4. Great haul from the auction, Melissa! Thanks for sharing @Vintage Charm!

  5. Lots of goodies. I love the straws as well! Thanks for sharing with SYC.

  6. You picked a lot of great stuff. I especially love the cool kitchen goodies and the old scoop. Thank you for sharing at Snickerdoodle.

  7. Love all the great things you found. I remember the straws with Humpty Dumpty on the box. Have a great weekend!

  8. I envy go a lot of those treasures. I think you should keep the planters you like (probably cover a kitchen window sill!) and when you get ones you like better, sell the older ones! Put some silks in them or use them for tablescapes or start an herb garden..... Hope Khloe settles in well; it often takes time with a rescue dog. Ours had been in the kennel for so long (cement floor), she thot it was OK to use the cellar floor to poop on! Now we have rescue cats!
